Mr. Charles M. Adams, Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of ACET, has more than 20 years of experience in the Intelligence Community (IC) supporting SIGINT, ELINT, COMINT, Space Agencies, Orbital Science, Software Development, and Systems Engineering programs. Mr. Adams served as a Senior Signals Intelligence Analyst at Field Station Berlin in Germany. In 1987, he relocated to the Washington, DC Metropolitan area and began working with TRW as a Software Engineer assigned to the Naval Space Command Center. In 1990, Mr. Adams joined Lockheed Martin (formerly GE Aerospace) and held positions as Senior Software Engineer and Principle Systems Engineer, at which time he became certified as a Satellite Engineer. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Adams served as a Senior Test Engineer and Project Manager for BAE Systems. Between 1997 and 1999, he held the position of Director with CTX (now a division of ManTech International).

Mr. Adams has grown ACET from a single employee, in April 1999, to 450+ employees to date serving Federal Agencies throughout the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, and Veterans Affairs. Additionally, his stewardship has led to several multi-billion dollar IDIQ contract wins over the past 3 years along with $500 million in Task Order award wins during 2012 alone. Mr. Adams holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s degree in Music Education from West Chester University.

MICHAEL SELDES

SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

and Chief Technology Officer

Mr. Michael Seldes, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, works at the forefront of technological innovation by leveraging cutting-edge technologies to develop complex business systems for both the Federal Government and the private sector. Mr. Seldes has more than 30 years of broad-based experience in the development and deployment of large and complex information systems. His technical expertise encompasses Large System Development Lifecycle Processes, Mission-critical Systems Operations, and Systems Development methodologies in addition to Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and Six Sigma principles.

Mr. Seldes is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has more than 18 years of ISO 9001 Process Development and Compliance experience. His professional background also includes providing support across the full lifecycle to include the following areas: Research and Development (R&D), Production, Operations and Maintenance (O&M), and Retirement of Systems. Additionally, Mr. Seldes provides expert domain experience in: Avionics, Aircraft Weapons Systems, C4ISR, Sensors, Communications, Navigation, Networks, and Embedded Enterprise Software Applications. Mr. Seldes earned an MBA degree from Loyola University and a BSEE degree from the University of Florida.

CHAD GEORGE

Director

Mr. Chad George, Director, joined ACET in 2012 as the Program Manager for H-53 Modifications. He has since managed or supported multiple aviation programs that include DHC 8-135, UH-1Y, AH-1Z, C-40, CH-53 and MH-53 platforms. He has experience leading a geographically distributed TS/SCI labor force. Mr. George is well versed in Operations & Maintenance, Production and Transition Management.

Prior to joining ACET, Mr. George served 20 years in the United States Marine Corps supporting Marine Corps Aviation at the Intermediate Level and as a Military Logistics Liaison at NAVAIR. He also served as the Logistics Manager for BAE Systems and was in charge of logistics for shipboard installations of NAVAIR developed systems. Mr. George holds a Professional MBA from Florida Institute of Technology and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)

TOM PENDERGRASS

Director of Aircraft Modification and Maintenance Programs

Mr. Tom Pendergrass, Director of Aircraft Modification and Maintenance Programs, implements emerging technologies on multiple aircraft variants across the Department of Defense (DoD) aviation sector. Mr. Pendergrass has more than 35 years of industry experience in Research and Development (R&D), Acquisition Management, Logistics, Manufacturing, Contract Management and Program Management. His broad expertise encompasses Lifecycle Sustainment of major aircraft Fleets and the development and integration of complex avionics systems, mission systems and airframe systems on multiple U.S. Military aircraft.

Prior to joining ACET in 2018, Mr. Pendergrass served as Program Manager of U.S. Navy and Marine Corps Aviation Programs at L-3 Communications, managing a $50M annual budget for DoD clients both domestic and international. He earned an A.S. in Avionic Electronics and a B.S. in Manufacturing Technology from Eastern Kentucky University. In addition, Mr. Pendergrass is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has over 20 years of ISO 9001, AS 9100 and CMMI Process Development and Compliance experience. Overall, he is an experienced, strong leader who has achieved high results with his ability to management Integrated Product Teams (IPT) across multiple product lines.
