CMMARS

Contracted Maintenance, Modification, Aircrew and Related Services (CMMARS) Multiple Award $12.6B Contract

SUMMARY

CMMARS was established to consolidate as many as fifteen (15) predecessor contracts in order to provide adaptable, responsive, and rapidly deployable solutions and capabilities for Aviation Systems CONUS and OCONUS. This support includes platform-level contractor support for maintenance, logistics, aircrew, and related services necessary to achieve the project requirements and goals.

The contracts provide for logistics services for the CMMARS Program in support of aviation platforms of various Navy and Air Force type/model/series aircraft, inter-related systems, subsystems, and services. In addition, CMMARS will provide contractor logistics services for fixed-wing, rotary-wing, unmanned aircraft vehicles, and lighter than air vehicles, as well as integrally related systems and weapon systems. Logistical support to be provided includes logistics functions and maintenance tasks required to keep U.S. and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers aircraft ready, available, and operating worldwide. CMMARS may be used for platforms at all phases of the acquisition life cycle.

The CMMARS ID/IQ has a $12.6 billion ceiling for all contracts. Work will be performed at various afloat and ashore locations inside the continental United States and outside the continental United States. The initial 5-year period of performance is expected to be completed in January 2024. Additionally, it has an optional 5-year extension which will end in 2029.
