ISO 9001:2015 incorporates elements such as risk management, service and product quality, and consistent, documented processes. ACET’s management processes, built to these standards, provide our customer with the controls, processes, and standards that ensure a quality product.
The focus of ISO 20000-1:2011 is reaching a mutual understanding with our customer on their needs, measuring results to this requirement, and improving with the goal of exceeding expectations. By focusing on service and measuring performance, we not only identify our customers’ expectations, but our processes are designed to out-perform them.
ISO 27001 measures adherence to outstanding integrity in information security—especially that of our customer and the software ACET develops and/or sustains. As part of ACET’s ISO 27001 implementation, we have implemented the NIST 800-171 recommendations to protect customer proprietary data on every project. We also have established processes and demonstrated past performance in risk management framework (RMF), application certification, and accreditation.
Through ISO 14001, ACET has structured health, safety, and environmental stewardship practices that apply to our CONUS and OCONUS labor force. Protecting our personnel and the environment pays dividends to our customer, through ensuring no mission interruptions and that qualified personnel remain on the job.
Serving as third-party checks against multiple ISO standards, the CMMI suite of appraisals demonstrate that not only does ACET initiate sound service and software processes, but that these are also maintained. In layman’s terms, not only do we talk the talk—we walk the walk.
Aviation Quality Management
ACET has received the AS9100D and AS9110C Certifications validating our quality management system and mature aviation maintenance practices. We offer an increased standard of performance at all levels of the maintenance, repair and overhaul process.
