As Chief Marketing Officer at Adams Communication & Engineering Technology (ACET), Claudia drives strategic branding, corporate communications, and business development initiatives to position ACET as a premier solutions provider for the U.S. Department of Defense and other federal agencies.
A seasoned executive with over a decade of experience in highly competitive and regulated environments, Claudia previously served as President and CEO of Defense Technology Systems (DTS, Inc.), a defense contractor specializing in Aerospace systems integration and mission support. She forged and established partnerships which resulted in multiple contract awards. During her tenure, she emphasized leadership, collaboration, contract management, contract negotiations, program delivery, and financial stewardship across diverse government portfolios.
Her career began in the creative arts, where she studied English and later attended art school in New York Under renowned decorative artist Bob Marx, Claudia specialized in advanced finishes and restoration techniques. Collaborating with architects and designers, she worked on government, residential and commercial projects.
Claudia is involved in several nonprofit organizations ranging from educational, health initiatives, housing, agriculture, environmental sustainability and STEM programs. She believes in the power of collective action and works towards building partnerships that create lasting impact for generations to come. In her spare time, she enjoys anything Neuroscience, traveling, reading and gardening.
