Randy is a Marine Corps Colonel (retired) with over 30 years of all-encompassing direct experience in aircraft maintenance, material support, and program management. Experienced leader in large operational organizations with a remarkable record of producing results. An excellent communicator with exceptional organizational, administrative and personnel skills.
Prior to joining ACET, Randy was a senior executive with multiple aerospace companies where he leveraged his years of experience in aviation to deliver innovative and effective solutions to both commercial and government clients. He offered expertise in business consulting, maintenance management, process improvement, and integrated maintenance and material support, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction.
While in uniform Randy served as a senior leader in large operational organizations within the Navy and Marine Corps. During his 32 years of military service, he worked in direct support of the organizational, intermediate and depot levels of maintenance. Randy held billets such as Division Officer, Maintenance & Material Control Officer, Quality Assurance Officer, Aircraft Maintenance Officer, Executive Officer, Chief of Staff and Commanding Officer. As a Colonel he held the most senior position in his field at the Pentagon where he was responsible for the maintenance, material support, planning, contracting, and policy necessary to maintain all 1200 Marine Corps aircraft. At the pentagon he also served as the Deputy Commandant of Aviation’s principal advisor on aircraft support and developed a multi-faceted, multi-linear aviation maintenance strategy to recover Marine Corps readiness.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in General Business Administration and Management from National University and is a graduate of the Amphibious Warfare School, Command and Staff College, and the Air War College.
