Randy Ware

Randy Ware, Vice President of Business Development at ACET, is a retired Marine Corps Colonel with over 30 years of hands-on expertise in aircraft maintenance, material support, and program management. A seasoned leader of large operational organizations, he has a distinguished track record of delivering exceptional results. 

Known for his outstanding communication, organizational, and administrative abilities, Col. Ware is recognized as a dynamic and results-driven professional. Before joining ACET, Randy held senior executive roles with leading aerospace companies, where he applied his deep aviation expertise to provide innovative and effective solutions for both commercial and government clients. His specialties include business consulting, maintenance management, process improvement, and integrated maintenance and material support, all focused on achieving high-quality outcomes and superior customer satisfaction. 

During his 32-year military career, Col. Ware served in key leadership roles across the Navy and Marine Corps, supporting organizational, intermediate, and depot-level maintenance. He held critical positions such as Maintenance & Material Control Officer, Aircraft Maintenance Officer, Chief of Staff, and Commanding Officer. 

As a Colonel, he served in the Pentagon as the most senior officer in his field, overseeing the maintenance, material support, planning, contracting, and policy for the Marine Corps’ fleet of 1,200 aircraft. In this role, he also served as the Deputy Commandant of Aviation’s principal advisor, where he developed a comprehensive aviation maintenance strategy to restore Marine Corps readiness. 

Col. Ware holds a Bachelor of Science in General Business Administration and Management from National University and is a graduate of the Amphibious Warfare School, Command and Staff College, and the Air War College.
