Chad George

Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Chad George joined ACET in 2012 as the Program Manager for H-53 Modifications. Over the past decade, he has risen through the ranks, serving as Vice President of Operations from 2022 to 2024 before being promoted to Chief Operating Officer in November 2024. Through his work at ACET, he has overseen a diverse portfolio of aviation programs, including DHC-8, UH-1Y, AH-1Z, C-40, CH-53, and MH-53 platforms. With extensive experience leading geographically distributed teams, Mr. George excels in Operations & Maintenance, Production, and Transition Management.

Before joining ACET, Mr. George dedicated 20 years to the United States Marine Corps, where he supported Marine Corps Aviation at the Intermediate Level and served as a Military Logistics Liaison at NAVAIR. Following his military career, he transitioned to the private sector, working as a Logistics Manager at BAE Systems, where he led logistics operations for shipboard installations of NAVAIR-developed systems.

Mr. George holds a Professional MBA from the Florida Institute of Technology and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His combination of leadership, technical expertise, and operational acumen continues to drive ACET’s success across its programs.
