ACET awarded ITES-3S Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract

Waldorf, Md., December 14, 2018: Adams Communication & Engineering Technology, Inc. (ACET) is an awardee on the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-3 Services (ITES-3S) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract supporting the United States Army. This contract is expected to operate over the course of 9 years at a value of $12.1 billion.

As an awardee, ACET will provide the U.S. Army and authorized Government users worldwide with cradle-to-grave IT Services, including cybersecurity, operation and maintenance, hardware and software integration, and general IT support.

“ITES-3S is a very important award for ACET and Team ACET. It gives us the opportunity to continue services with the Army, on what will be its primary source of IT support. ACET Awarded DTIC IAC MAC Unrestricted Full & Open IDIQ

Waldorf, Md., August, 2018: Adams Communication & Engineering Technology, Inc. (ACET) received Pool 1 access to the Defense Technical Information Center (DTIC) Information Analysis Center Multiple Award Contract (IAC MAC). The multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract has a $28 billion ceiling and a maximum nine-year period of performance. ACET is the only small business of the fifteen companies that received awards on the unrestricted full-and-open pool.

ACET will provide DTIC with research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) and other research and development (R&D) related analytical services. Customers supported will include the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines Corps and other Government and Department of Defense (DoD) customers.

ACET Partners with North Dakota Department of Transportation Team in Support of FAA Efforts

Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG), MD – May 2018 – Adams Communication & Engineering Technology, Inc. (ACET) announced today that the company will partner with the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT), as they support the U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) in a pilot program to integrate unmanned aerial systems into the national airspace.

The North Dakota DOT is one of only 10 participants in this pilot program, with ACET as one of the North Dakota DOT’s carefully selected partners. The pilot program will allow state and local governments to assist and expedite commercial drone efforts, including accelerating authorizations and waivers, as well as establish a positive, constructive rapport with the community in regard to drone operations.

ACET will actively support the North Dakota DOT mission to discover, evaluate, implement, and disseminate advanced air transportation technologies at the state, regional levels of the National Airspace System, and the international Air Traffic Control (ATC) community to improve capacity, safety, and security¬. ACET — alongside established university, industry, and veteran-owned partners — is focused on National Airspace Air Traffic Management (NAS ATM)/localized Unmanned Traffic Management (UTM), surveillance criticality, command & control research testing, validation, and support to live integrated operations.

The Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Integration Pilot Program (IPP) is an opportunity for state, local, and tribal governments to partner with private sector entities, such as UAS operators or manufacturers, to accelerate safe UAS integration. The program will help the USDOT and FAA craft new enabling rules that allow more complex low-altitude operations.

ACET Receives Prestigious 2017 James S. Cogswell Award

Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG), MD – June 2017 — Adams Communication & Engineering Technology, Inc. (ACET) announced today that the company has won the 2017 James S. Cogswell Award from the U.S. Department of Defense, Defense Security Service (DSS).

ACET is one of the 36 facilities chosen from a population of approximately 13,500 facilities that are subject to recurring assessment, and who represent companies large and small. The award criterion focuses on principles of industrial security excellence. Factors include establishing and maintaining a security program that far exceeds the basic National Industrial Security Program requirements; and providing leadership to other facilities in establishing best practices while maintaining the highest standards for security. About the James S. Cogswell Award
The Cogswell award was established in 1966 and is named in honor of the late Air Force Col. James S. Cogswell, who was the first chief of the unified office of Industrial Security. Col. Cogswell is responsible for the underlying principle of the Industrial Security Program. That principle is the need for a true partnership between industry and government to ensure the protection of classified information, materials, and programs.

ACET Achieves CMMI DEV/3 Appraisal

Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG), MD – May, 2017 — Adams Communication & Engineering Technology, Inc. (ACET), has achieved Maturity Level III and CMMI DEV/3 appraisal.  This represents ACET’s commitment to excellence in our policies, procedures, and practices.

ACET awarded another Large Competitive Aerial ISR Contract Supporting US Army

Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), MD – July, 2016 — Adams Communication & Engineering Technology, INC. (ACET), has been awarded the Product Director, Airborne Reconnaissance Low  Systems Operations and Sustainment (PASS) task order under the Rapid Response 3rd Generation (R23G) contract, supporting PEO IEWS, Program Manager Sensors-Aerial intelligence (PM SAI).

PASS is a $306 million contract with a three year period of performance.

PASS was established to provide operations and sustainment services for Product Director, Airborne Reconnaissance Low (PD ARL) Systems which include Guardrail Common Sensor Mission Equipment Payload (MEP) Systems, Saturn Arch (SA), Airborne Reconnaissance Low-Multifunction (ARL-M), and associated Prime Mission Equipment (PME) of PM SAI.
