Jason Hotze began his career in the USMC as a V-22 Crew Chief, logging more than 1,800 mishap-free flight hours in the MV-22 and earning multiple instructor and maintenance qualifications. Selected as an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Officer (6004), he went on to lead large-scale aviation maintenance and logistics operations, overseeing teams of more than 500 personnel and managing budgets in excess of $500 million. His work included developing new maintenance policies, improving supply chain performance, developing ground up IT solutions and driving process changes that increased readiness and efficiency across multiple aircraft platforms. 

Alongside his service, he earned an MBA in Strategic Management, PMP certification, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, blending practical leadership experience with advanced business and process improvement training. Today, he applies that background to strategic-level operations and organizational leadership as the Director of Business Development for ACET.
