Throughout her career, Andi has progressed from a Program Support Analyst role — where she monitored the financial performance of more than 100 task orders — to senior financial and compliance leadership positions. In these roles, she was responsible for managing the financial health of a $1.2 billion annual revenue division, providing oversight across general accounting, internal audits, cost controls, pricing, and long‑range forecasting. As Controller and Assistant Vice President of Finance, Andi earned a reputation for her precision, integrity, and ability to navigate complex financial environments while ensuring strict compliance with federal regulations and corporate policies.

Andi has been mentored by highly regarded program and finance leaders within the defense industry, gaining a comprehensive understanding of operational and contractual dynamics. In her role leading Internal Compliance, she combined this experience with formal Six Sigma training to identify bottlenecks, streamline internal processes, and create efficiencies across departments.
