Aimee Bartels, Senior Director of Human Resources, is a
dynamic and results-driven human resources director with more than 20 years of
comprehensive HR leadership experience across diverse industries, including the
Department of Defense, manufacturing, technology, and non-profit organizations.
She is recognized as a subject matter expert in workplace investigations,
employment law, and HR systems integration, with a proven ability to lead
transformative initiatives that align people, process, and performance.

Her career includes human resources roles at the YMCA of
Central Kentucky, Community Ventures, Lexmark International, and L-3
Communications where she supported operations for all the U.S. Navy and Marine
Corp aviation programs. Across these organizations, she has built a reputation
for driving operational excellence, reducing costs, and strengthening
compliance frameworks. She has also served as a trusted advisor to executive
leadership, guiding complex investigations and fostering positive employee relations.

Throughout her career, she has built a strong track record
of leading HR transformations and developing high-performing teams. Aimee has
led multiple enterprise-level initiatives, including the successful
implementation of HR systems, performance management programs, and optimizing
HR operations. Through strategic benefits redesign and process efficiencies,
she has delivered significant cost savings while maintaining a strong focus on
employee engagement and compliance. Known for her integrity, objectivity, and

Aimee holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Arts with a
minor in Human Resources from Georgetown College.  She enjoys traveling
with friends and spoiling her rescue dogs.
