ACET's Medical IT Systems Division

ACET's Medical IT Systems Division services the Veterans Affairs Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) Program. Our Medical IT Systems Division covers an impressive range of Health IT services and operations for the Veteran Affairs Department i.e. program management, strategy, enterprise architecture and planning support; systems and software engineering; software demonstration and deployment; test and evaluation; enterprise network services; IT management; cybersecurity; operation and maintenance, and IT facilities.

Summary

The Veteran's Affairs, Office of Information and Technology, has awarded ACET's Medical IT Systems a multiple award ID/IQ contract vehicle to provide a comprehensive, world-wide, IT support service solutions to support both VA and non-VA customers. T4 is a $12 Billion dollar, multiple award contract vehicle covering a broad range of lifecycle services. Medical IT Systems provides total solutions, encompassing, but not limited to required hardware, software, and IT products, in conjunction with all services needed to integrate a system, network, or other IT service in order to meet the client's mission requirements.

Background

T4 establishes the requirements for Medical IT Systems solutions in support of Information Technology for the VA. Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology (T4) is not intended as a mechanism to solely purchase IT products. Such products may be purchased to the extent that those products are necessary to deliver the solution required. Services shall include technical, systems engineering and other solutions encompassing the entire range of IT requirements. Services, as well as related IT products, may encompass the entire life-cycle of a system, including but not limited to program management and strategy planning, systems/software engineering, enterprise network, cyber security, operation and maintenance and IT facilities. Moreover, services and related products covered under this program shall be global in reach and must be prepared to provide services and deliverables worldwide.

Medical IT Systems solutions support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and its joint initiatives, other Federal Agencies, and if is authorized by specific Legislation (e.g. Public Law 108-136 Section 803), tasks for State and local Governments involving information technology and telecommunications that are federally funded.
