Summary

S3 is a $30 Billion dollar, multiple award contract vehicle covering a broad range of lifecycle services. It is designed to efficiently meet the integrated engineering, business operations and logistics service needs of all C4ISR customers, under the guidance of the U.S. Army, Communications-Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) Acquisition Center, and in coordination with the C4ISR community. The C-E LCMC plays a vital role in the transformation of U.S. Army forces. It provides the technologies to sustain and support superior Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Information, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems for the joint warfighter.

Background

The Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) community has met needs for a broad range of support services through multiple customer-specific, service categories focused, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. The U.S. Army, Communications-Electronics Command (CECOM), Acquisition Center in coordination with our C4ISR partners, intends to meet the needs of all C4ISR customers at Fort Monmouth, NJ and Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD. The intent of the proposed contract is to provide multiple prime contractors and subcontractors capable of providing the broad range of equipment and services required to accommodate varied user demands.
