Claudine Adams Named Telecommunications Executive of the Year!

She has also been selected as one of the 50 Women of Influence and Power Claudine Adams has been selected as one of the<em> 50 Women of Influence and Power</em> and the <em>Telecommunications Executive of the Year</em>.

Washington, DC (December 13, 2010) MEA Magazine, a publication of the award-winning organization Minority Enterprise Executive Council, is hosting a prestigious luncheon recognizing 50 Women of Power and Influence on Wednesday, March 16, 2011. The theme: Applauding Courage and Success. The luncheon will be held from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at The Willard Intercontinental Hotel, located 1401 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW, Washington, D.C. 20004. This event will honor fifty of the most successful women business leaders across the United States.

This luncheon is a business event providing an excellent opportunity to network with business leaders, state and local federal agencies, as well as corporate executives. There will be special recognitions for Diversity Executive, Technology Executive, Supplier Diversity Executive, Leadership and Excellence Award, Telecommunications Executives, Engineering Executive Award.

Ms. Linda Y. Cureton, Chief Information Officer for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration is our keynote speaker and honoree. As CIO of NASA, Ms. Cureton has the authority and accountability for ensuring that NASAs information assets are selected, controlled and evaluated consistent with federal policies, procedures and legislation.

Maryland State Delegate Herman Taylor is our guest speaker. Delegate Taylor is the Vice Chairman of the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland and Chairman of the Unemployment Insurance Subcommittee of the Maryland House of Delegates.
