ACET Wins $177M R23G Task Order for Continuation of Operations for Constant Hawk (CH) and Tactical Operations (TACOP)

The ACET Team will continue CH/TACOP deployed operations. This effort requires the Operations and Sustainment (O&S) of four (4) Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) base systems with an optional task for an additional four (4) GOCO systems, associated airborne and ground based prime mission equipment (hardware and software), and Processing, Exploitation and Dissemination (PED), logistics/engineering support, personnel training/management, maintenance of associated ground infrastructure. Additional tasks include periodic development support/testing/integration of system upgrades, Pre-Planned Product Improvements (P3I), reliability enhancements, new sensor capability baseline improvements, and applicable integration efforts. CH/ TACOP O&S shall require close coordination with OCONUS military commanders, tasking agencies and other contractors. Sustainment support shall also require continuous coordination and technical dialogue with Continental United States (CONUS) based Army logistics and engineering activities.

The ACET Team will continue the current CH/ TACOP O&S of OCONUS deployed systems and O&S of a CONUS-based CH system for training, upgrade development, and integration testing.

The ACET Team will provide O&S for current operations without any interruption or degradation of performance. The ACET Team is responsible for the CH/TACOP prototype systems. Responsibility includes, but is not limited to: software and hardware design, P3I, reliability enhancements, new sensor capability baseline improvements, and applicable integration efforts, procurement, integration, test, deployment and O&S logistics support.
