Health Care & Insurance

ACET, Inc. provides comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage for its regular full-time employees and their dependents. Employees have the option of choosing from high quality plans through CareFirst/BlueCross/BlueShield for health, Metlife for dental and VSP for vision. ACET, Inc. also pays a majority percentage of premium cost for each employee. If you choose not to use our health benefits you will receive $2000 at the end of the year. We also provide Life insurance (double your base salary) and Short/Long Term disability coverage for all of its regular full-time employees at no cost to the employee.

401k Plan

ACET, Inc. provides a 401k Retirement Plan to its full-time employees. In addition, ACET, Inc. will match dollar for dollar on the first 3% of your contribution and 50 cents on the dollar up to 5% of your contribution (i.e. if you contribute 5% of your salary to the plan, ACET, Inc. will match 4%). 

Paid Time Off (PTO)

PTO consists of general leave and is available to regular full-time employees to provide opportunities for vacation, recuperation and presonal time off from work. Employees will accrue paid time off benefits on a semi-monthly basis. ACET, Inc. observes 10 major holidays (New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas.)

Tuition Assistance for Academic & Technical Programs

ACET, Inc. is committed to providing continuous education and training options for its staff. The company views education as an investment in not only our employee’s future, but also the growth and success of the company as a whole. Therefore, we provide an Education and Training program that assists our regular full-time employees with their professional development. 

Computer Loan Program

ACET, Inc. recognizes the importance of our employees having a reliable personal computer to work with. Therefore, we offer a Computer Loan Purchase program that assists our employees with the cost of purchasing a new computer and accessories. The employee has a choice of a 6 or 12 month interest free loan. 

Flexible Spending Account

ACET, Inc. offers a flexiable spending account (FSA) for all of it's employees that helps you save for yearly out of pocket medical and dependent care expenses with your pre-taxed contributions. Out of pocket medical expenses include eye care, glasses, contacts and solutions, dental and orthodontic care, doctor visit co-pays, prescription drugs, vaccinations, chiropractic care, school and work physicals, psychiatric care, wheelchairs, crutches, diabetic supplies, physical therapy, etc.

Leadership Development Program

The Leadership Development Training program has been created to develop our present and future corporate professionals. Candidates of this program will be introduced to the ACET, Inc. management culture and will be trained to increase his or her knowledge in the management arena. After successful completion of this program employees can apply to open management positions within ACET, Inc..

Referral Program

As part of our recruiting process, ACET, Inc. has developed the “All-For-One” Employee Referral Program. This program encourages our employees to introduce us to other professionals who could join ACET, Inc. as productive employees. Those who refer a candidate that becomes an employee are eligible for a bonus.
