Charles M. Adams
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Adams has over twenty years experience in the Intelligence Community supporting SIGINT, ELINT, COMINT, Space Agencies, Orbital Science, Software Development and System Engineering programs. More than 12 years as President & CEO of Adams Communication & Engineering Technology, Incorporated (ACET, Inc.). Mr. Adams served as a Senior Signals Intelligence Analyst at Field Station Berlin in Germany. In 1987, he moved to the Washington, DC. Metropolitan area and began work with TRW as a Software Engineer assigned to the Naval Space Command Center in Washington, DC. In 1990 Mr. Adams joined Lockheed Martin (formerly GE Aerospace) and held positions as a Senior Software Engineer and Principle Systems Engineer, including being certified as a Satellite Engineer. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Adams served as a Senior Test Engineer and Project Manager for BAE Systems. Between 1997 and 1999, he held a Director’s position with CTX (now a division of ManTech). In April of 1999, Mr. Adams founded ACET, Inc. Since then, he has grown his corporation to over 300 employees serving federal agencies throughout the Intelligence Community (i.e. CIA, DNI, NGA and NSA), Department of Defense, and U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Charles Adams holds a Computer Science degree from the University of Maryland and a BS degree in Education from West Chester University.
Claudine R. Adams
President and Chief Operating Officer
Claudine has over 20 years of managerial experience in Government and Commercial Marketing and Sales. She joined ACET in 2005 as Executive Vice President and has implemented many new programs including our Leadership Development Training Program. She brings her expertise in contract negotiations and superior customer service to the ACET, Inc. team. Before ACET, Inc., Claudine worked for Xerox Corporation for 20 years. She held many sales and management positions during her tenure culminating in her assignment as Executive Manager for East Coast Federal Operations. Claudine was directly responsible for a 200 million-dollar budget and she was nationally Ranked #1 in her division for exceeding sales and profit targets. Claudine’s unique talents and forward thinking play an integral part in our growth and success.
Claudine is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, she has a graduate certificate in business from the Warton School of Business.
Michael Seldes
Executive Director of Defense Solutions Division
Mr. Seldes works at the forefront of technological innovation by leveraging cutting edge technologies to develop complex business systems for the federal government and the private sector. Mr. Seldes has over 30 years of broad-based experience in the development and deployment of large and complex information systems.
Mr. Seldes’ technical expertise encompasses large system development lifecycle processes, mission-critical systems operations, systems development methodologies as well as Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and Six Sigma principles.
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), has led and supported Capability Maturity Model (CMM) and CMM Integration (CMMI) organizational development, and has over 18 years of ISO 9001 process development and compliance experience. He has provided support across the full life cycle from R&D through Development, Production, Operations and Maintenance, and retirement of systems. His domain experience includes avionics, aircraft weapons systems, C4ISR, sensors, communications, navigation, networks, embedded and enterprise software applications.
Rick Sales
Executive Director of Medical IT Solutions Division
With over 30+ years working with federal agencies in both the public and private sectors, Rick Sales has in-depth experience managing all aspects of civilian and DoD Information Technology (IT) projects. He has successfully managed small-to-large projects through the entire systems life cycle, handling large client accounts and handling the details of government contracting. He specializes in the implementation of enterprise federal financial, procurement, grants and information systems while building user acceptance and client buy-in. During his career at the Department of Veterans Affairs his primary focus was the implementation and integration of financial systems and enterprise data management. At the Department of Labor he assisted in the vendor selection and managed the implementation of the enterprise procurement/grants system. He assisted the Weapons Reduction and Abatement office at the Department of State with the re-engineering of work processes. At the U.S. Air Force he provided program management support of the enterprise information management system. His unique background and wealth of experience enables him to develop trusted advisor relationship with clients.
Mr. Sales has a Bachelor of Arts in Public Affairs from George Mason University.
Lynn Green
Director of Program Development
Lynn Green has over 20 combined years leading all aspects of corporate project management and business development support. She has applied her passion for implementing creative processes for recruiting and retention programs to support corporate revenue and workplace goals. She has extensive experience in corporate project management and oversight of corporate resources. Lynn joined the ACET team in 2003 as a Corporate Recruiter and was promoted to Recruiting Manager in less than two years. Ms. Green was recently promoted to the Director of Program Development for ACET. Lynn has been key in the exponential growth of our firm since 2003 - continuously striving to help ACET meet its goals and objectives each year. Lynn has a background in management and sales. Prior to joining ACET, Lynn owned and operated a successful business and also managed a community-based children’s organization since 1995 as its first female President and Chairperson of the Board of Trustees. Lynn’s goals as Director are to further her commitment to integrity, quality, excellence, and continuous improvement in all areas of program development and contribute to the overall mission of ACET.
Christine Deyuliis, CPA
Corporate Controller
Christine has more than 16 years of executive and technical accounting experience providing financial analysis and support in a corporate environment. With subject matter expertise in financial analysis, financial reporting, accounting policy, internal controls and auditing. Specialized experience with drafting financial statements, budget reconciliation, revenue recognition, project costing and billing, and managing general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll departments as well as experience integrating, administering and operating financial data systems.
